JARCA is an Association that was born with the idea of providing therapeutic services through the self-help and mutual aid system, to all those people and family members affected by the problems of gambling and games that create addiction, new technologies and other non-substance addictions, as well as the prevention and treatment of the disease. Likewise, it deals with the research task in this area, collaborating with public and private institutions that are related to this social problem, covering activities and functions of a social nature, attending to volunteer activities in the field of treated addictions. To fulfill its objectives and functions, with a clear objective of continuous improvement and advancement in society's knowledge of it, JARCA has implemented a Quality System based on ISO 9001 with the following objectives: the association carries out the following activities throughout the general population: - Achieve full satisfaction of Users through strict compliance with the established requirements, guiding the strategy towards continuous improvement of the service provided to its Private Users and the Public Administration. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and effectiveness in the provision of its services, encompassing everything within the framework of a permanent system of continuous improvement. - Achieve maximum motivation regarding Quality in all its workers, giving them the opportunity to improve and develop their professional knowledge. To achieve these objectives, JARCA has decided to establish and maintain an effective and efficient Quality System based on ISO 9001.- Within the framework of said System, it determines the conformity of the work with respect to contractual and regulatory requirements, always supported by results and objective evidence.- Ensure that the Association and all staff are fully familiar with its Objectives and Policy through a documented program of preparation and training at all levels of the same.
